How to Extract and Export Links from a Page to Excel
I recently installed SEO Quake, a free SEO addon for FireFox, which allows you to get a lot of SEO data from your site. It will be also available for Google Chrome soon, if it isn’t already. I just discovered you can extract and then export your site’s link information, internal and external, into an Excel spreadsheet from some research I was exploring!
This useful option enables you to:
Research who your competitor links to
Research any web page “neighborhood” by estimating the power and authority of the pages it links to
Find the most powerful pages you link to, etc.
Here is an example of how this works
1. With SEOquake toolbar (or “SEObar”) enabled browse to any page and click “Ext. links tab”:
(Notice the number in brackets – it represents the number of “nofollowed” links on the page).
2. You should see the list of all external links: click on question marks to retrieve stats for e

Winston Churchill: “Want of foresight, unwillingness to act when action would be simple and effective, lack of clear thinking, confusions of counsel, until the emergency comes, until self-preservation strikes its jarring gong – these are the features that constitute the endless repetition of history.”

7 Secrets of a Successful Marketing Campaign
Your Moral Obligation
Jay Abraham said, “If you truly believe that what you have is useful and valuable to your clients, then you have a moral obligation to try to serve them in every way possible.” Marketing has changed dramatically in the last 10 years. I remember when my brick and mortar call center had a monthly bill of $1200 for display ads in the Yellow Pages. I would check the newspaper or call the movie theater to find out what was playing and when. My dictionary, thesaurus, and other reference material were books with pages. Now I have apps on my iPhone for almost any information I want and the yellow pages get thrown out. Yes, I passionately believe in the power of the Internet. It has changed commerce, marketing, politics, and the economy. Ecommerce, Internet marketing, the global economy, and governments overthrown with the help of Facebook and Twitter were not even part of our vocabulary a few years ago.

4 Tips For More Effective Article Marketing
Article marketing is hands down on of the best ways to get targeted,
ready-to-buy traffic to your website. Not everyone has success with article marketing,
however. In this article, we’re going to look at what separates winning article
marketing strategies from ones that don’t work out as well. Here are four tips
you can use to take your article marketing right to the bank!
Tip 1: Write your articles like sales letters. Now, you don’t want it to sound like a
late-night infomercial, but you do need to understand that your article is more
than just information. Your goal is to get the reader to click on your link, either in
the article body or in your bio box.
Tip 2: Write a headline that arouses curiosity and makes people want to read
your article. In general, readers find your articles via a search engine search.
In other words, when they decide if they want to read your article, they can’t
see the whole thing. T

11 Free Press Release Distribution Sites
Online press release distribution is an easy go-to activity for any site needing a quick profile boost and guaranteed link backs. Identifying a suitable topic and then writing a release that conveys the news in a professional, engaging manner is often the most difficult part – it is a skill and one often littered with failed attempts before the perfect formula clicks. Having done the hard work and mastered online news releases, it’s important that the outlets you select for distribution do your PR justice.
There are lots of paid press release distribution networks to be found online, but if online PR becomes a regular activity for your business, the cost of these subscription services may well be prohibitive. Fortunately, there are lots of decent free newswires that you can take advantage of. These are sites that were recommended to me.
